ASR&D Featured in CPIAC Bulletin

Applied Sensor Research & Development Corporation ("ASR&D") is featured in the March 2011 issue of the Chemical Propulsion Information Analysis Center (CPIAC) Bulletin publication, in the "Spotlight on Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR)" section. More information on CPIAC is available at CPIAC, and the March issue of Bulletin is available at 2011 March Issue in their archives here.

The article, "Passive Wireless Surface Acoustic Wireless Sensors and Sensor Interface Devices" can be found on pages 12 and 13 of this publication, and describes ASR&D's development of a set of 32 uniquely identifiable high sensitivity wireless temperature sensors. These devices operate wirelessly with no batteries, and respond to a radio frequency interrogation signal with a response that encodes both the sensor identification and the temperature measurement. The technology development described was supported by NASA Phase 1 SBIR contract NNX10RA68P.
